Typomad is Madrid´s typographic celebration, an anual event where talks, exhibitions and typography workshops flood the city of Madrid. This year, the main theme of the event will be “The hidden part of typography”. Recovering historic figures, innovations and new ways of understanding type. Suming it up, all that is less known but at the same time is key in type design.
The event will be the 14th and 15th of november, but previously two exhibitions will take place at Central de Diseño. Also, you get the chance to attend two typography workshops between the 7th and the 10th of October. More information here.

Type Directors Club 60: A selection of the best typograhic works of the year. An avoidable recap of the latest trends and newsness of the typographic and design world.
Cada letra cuenta una historia: It means “every letter tells a story”, this exhibition that travels from the Valencia´s Muvim Museum, showcases the Spanish type design since 1990. Curated by Raquel Pelta and part of the Last Cit (Valencia Typography Congress) represents a chronological and conceptual tour with posters, type specimens, objets and video that will delight our audience!
