The Romanian Institute for Culture Romanian Institute for Culture, together with the Romanian Design Week and DIMAD, organizes one of the most important exhibitions of the young design from Romania in Madrid. Over 50 design objects created by young Romanian designers are exhibited at the Central de Diseño (Design Station) from June 15 to July 16, 2017.
The exhibition gathers a selection of works from the most outstanding Romanian designers focusing on two different creative aims: one centered in materials and crafts and the other gives a turn of the screw to traditional patterns and production techniques. The exhibition shows recient collections that have in common an impecable mastership rooted in traditional crafts along with a great sense of humor, indispensable ingredient.
