RCF - TRAVEL GRANT

The Roberto Cimetta Fund (RCF) provides individual travel grants (for international round-trip travel only) to artists and cultural operators living and working in the Euro-Arab region or Mediterranean zone. We aim, through these grants, to support international exchange, capacity building and career processes for the arts and culture.   In 2013 there will be four open calls and four selection sessions as follows:   First call for applications: from 1^st to 31st January 2013 Funding lines open: RCF/Regione Puglia and RCF/Marseille-Provence 2013 Processing the applications: 1 to 15 February 2013 Evaluation of requests by experts: 15 February to 15 March 2013 Validation of final selection by Board: 15 to 31 March 2013 Response to candidates: 1^st April 2013   Second call for applications: from 1^st to 31st March 2013 Funding lines open: all funds Processing the applications: 1 to 15 April 2013 Evaluation of requests by experts: 15 April to 15 May 2013 Validation of final selection by Board: 15 to 31 May 2013 Response to candidates: 1^st June 2013   Third call for applications: from 1 to 30 June 2013 Funding lines open: all funds if funding still available Processing the applications: 1 to 15 July 2013 Evaluation of requests by experts: 15 July to 15 August 2013 Validation of final selection by Board: 15 to 31 August 2013 Response to candidates: 1st September 2013   Fourth call for applications: from 1 to 30 September 2013 Funding lines open: all funds if funding still available Processing the applications: 1 to 15 October 2013 Evaluation of requests by experts: 15 October to 15 November 2013 Validation of final selection by Board: 15 to 30 November  2013 Response to candidates : 1 December 2013   Travel dates are eligible only after the opening date of each call. Please also bear in mind that travel must contribute to long term processes that consolidate the arts and culture in the region. Grants will not be allocated for promotion of works only.
