AVAM Extension is a space which connects visual artists and society for a greater focus on, and participation in, creative activities. The space supports production processes, which contribute to artistic development. It is a means of participating and generating a network, as well as knowledge, as a driving force of social, cultural and economic benefit.
The AVAM (Artistas Visuales Asociados de Madrid) Extension is ran by Madrid's Visual Artists Association, in conversation with the artistic community and the wider society. It operates both inside and outside of its own space, extending its activities to other organisations that share AVAM's aims and objectives.
