Intuition is the main theme in this shared experience between performers and audience. Through movement and sound, 'INTUIT' offers up some elements and tracks that incite reflection, causing the audience to react and to understand that for us intuition is taking a stance as well as knowing how to change that stance, seeing things from several points of view and then reconnecting with our private selves and experiences.
Le Parody Le Parody is a music project by Spanish singer-songwriter Sole Parody, whose songs combine dark pop, folklore and electronic music. Technological syllables, melodramatic structures… Songs of love and heartbreak, of dances and revolutions.
Q&R Dj set “Dance hard until the floor breaks, sweat and perform in a loop; prop up the dance floor, the word, movement”. This is the narrative underlying the concerts, performances and DJ sessions in the curatorial programme designed by Quiela Nuc and Raúl Querido for La Plaza en Verano 2016. It will feature a collaborative DJ set, which is something they have done in past concerts and festivals on the underground scene as well as in Matadero at the recent After-ARCO Session and the end-of-residency parties for the El Ranchito exchange programme between Madrid and Santiago de Chile. One track after another, seeking an exchange between personal taste and audience reaction, discovery and response. Variety and rhythm, intersection and celebration of different styles, with the electronic beat as a guiding thread and shaking of –and by – bodies as the ultimate goal.
