From September 22 to 25 in Matadero Madrid, the Festival will host a selection of experimental acts in the fields of electronic music, audiovisual creation and contemporary digital art

From June 2 to June 30 at the Central de Diseño de Matadero Madrid 

Documenta Madrid will take place from 24 to 29 May 2021, in its on-site version, while its online version will continue until 5 June

The 19th edition of the Madrid City Council’s International Film Festival will take place over the course of two weeks. During week one, audiences will be able to attend in person or remotely, while during week two, attendance will be exclusively online

Matadero Madrid, the Centre for Contemporary Creation of Madrid City Council’s Culture Department, and the Sorigué Foundation present the first solo exhibition in Spain by photographer and documentary filmmaker Armin Linke.


Cineteca Madrid and Matadero Madrid, cultural centers of the Culture, Tourism and Sports Area of the City Council and managed by Madrid Destino, with the support of the Plaza Río 2 shopping center, located opposite Matadero and next to Madrid Río, present the third edition of ANIMARIO , International Festival of Contemporary Animation of Madrid.

The second edition of L.E.V. Matadero is as ambitious and experimental as ever, and it will offer four days of new experiences in the field of audiovisual creativity, electronic music and the use of digital tools, through face-to-face activities and new proposals created specifically for a digital environment.
