In the last century, designers have been active promoters of welfare state, based on a way of life and consume that, as we have seen recently, could have driven us to a system breakdown. Although our responsibility is shared with society, that doesn´t exempt us of finding new solutions to solve problems we should face now. Design Today’s authors, Sergio de Pietro y Pablo Hamra, present this volume where they try to face new challenges that crisis presents.
