THE FUTURE IS TODAY / TODAY IS NOW

Design education centres need to be not only transmitters of knowledge but also centres linked to society and its demands. At this event, held as part of the Ibero-American Design Biennial (BID), design is approached as a tool for competitiveness and development, linking and articulating industries. In addition, a reflection is proposed on the design management and training process in relation to businesses, institutions and administrations. Outstanding special guests and members of the network of education centres in the Ibero-American area linked to BID will take part in lectures, talks and workshops presenting models of know-how.
