TEAM PROJECTS: HOW TO GET ORGANISED?

LOVE MONDAYS. We all know how difficult it is to work on projects when we join a new team every time. As entrepreneurs, we base our work on collaboration with different professionals and we believe that it is necessary to act effectively in our relations with others to achieve success, but how can we do so?

The group Lo Creas o No! (Believe It or Not!) wants to learn the answers to this daily challenge and share them with you. This is why Love Mondays for the month of March has invited Victoria Ovin, a designer and coach for creatives specialised in personal and team coaching. Victoria will apply her experience through practical exercises to teach us to energise, clarify and bring our work team together. She’ll also help us to discover how personal wellbeing affects motivation and we’ll answer a question we’ve always had: if teams are assembled and disassembled for each project, who assumes the role of leader? Who should be the critic? Who should get things started? Who provides analysis? Is there some way for us to really know ourselves when we don’t have the time?

As always, we’ll be waiting for you at the Central de Diseño / DIMAD Matadero Madrid. The conditions are the same: free admission, so drop on by, learn, meet people and have a drink.
