DISSOLVING LOCALITIES

For two weeks in September, sound artists Arik Futterman and Thomas Köner and the project curator, Emmanuel Witzthum, will be artists-in-residence at Matadero Madrid. During this time, they will work together with local artist Maya Watanabe, recording sounds and images in the city of Madrid, material that will culminate in a live performance by the three artists on 22 and 23 September.
