Selling over the internet is not the goose that lays golden eggs. There are difficulties you need to be aware of and tools you need to use.
With the best presentation motto - Retail is detail- Ricardo Carmona, an entrepreneur in e-commerce, summarises the keys to electronic commerce: attracting visits and turning them into sales. No more and no less.
Once the goal is clear, you can get down to business. Is there such a thing as low-cost e-commerce? What are the essential characteristics of an online shop? How do you become an e-commerce entrepreneur?
