Workshop for creating pop-up books: "Dream catching at Christmas"

Dramatised reading: Ópera de los residuos, by Antonia Bueno. Directed by José Aurelio Martín
Ópera de los residuos is a comic opera about waste that finds freedom through recycling. This entertaining comedy creatively criticises a world that is increasingly threatened by waste, an increasingly wasted world. The dramatised reading offered by Grupo Simprota Teatro underlines the ecological significance and the fun aspects of the opera.

Dramatised reading: Lo que no se enseña, by Alberto de Casso. Directed by José Aurelio Martín

> From 8 years, 29 December, 12 noon to 1 pm. Free admission on a first come first served basis
Storytelling and workshop: Blanco más blanco igual a cuento, en Navidad
The magic of an illustration coming to life before our very eyes and characters that become real and leave their impression across the pages turn this story, more than a story, into theatre, and more than theatre into a book. In the practical part, we will experiment with what we have experienced during the story.
> Children ages 2 to 5, 2 January, 11.30 am and 12.30pm. Registration required
Dramatised readings: El Cid by Gisela López. Directed by Daniela Saludes and Pablo Vergne
With over 15 characters on stage, two puppeteers dressed like minstrels sing and tell the fortunes and vicissitudes of Rodrigo de Vivar. Through this version of El cantar de Mío Cid, Gisela López aims to draw children into a story that is full of humour as well as being an ode to respect, tolerance and hope. Based on the adaptation by Rafael Alberti and El Cid ballads, her version offers a new take on the first poem ever written in Spanish.
> From 6 years, 2 January, 12 noon to 1 pm. Free admission on a first come first served basis

One day, Little-Girl was born inside the suit. Little-Girl grew and grew so much that she could no longer fit in the pocket/bedroom of the house/suit. Where would she sleep now?
