More than 1,500 Andalusians were imprisoned in Nazi concentration camps during the Second World War.  One thousand perished in those horrific places intended to degrade the human condition to most unimaginable extremes.  The survivors swore an oath: to dedicate their lives to remembering and honoring the memory of the millions of human beings murdered in these camps.
