Theoretical (40 min) and practical (1 hour 20 min) course on basic mechanics. Learn a monthly routine for maintaining a bike focusing on transport, changing inner tubes and tyres, lubrication, lights and much more besides. The theoretical content will be applicable to a wide range of bikes and the practical side will focus on your own personal bike.
