Design, understood as a project discipline, in the graphics, industry, spatial or architectural fields, nowadays is a cultural value that has special repercussion on economy.  Respond to the environmental challenges constitutes a challenge for design, and with this idea the Premio Europeo de Diseño y Medio Ambiente [Award for Design and Environment] was established.  This exhibition has the best sustainable ideas: the 11 winning pieces of the different categories, the honourable mentions and the work of all participants.
