Campo Adentro is a project that tests out a cultural strategy on the relations between city/countryside as well as new contexts and uses for contemporary art. In 2012, 12 artists participated in the project living in villages and producing work in relation to the location and the case studies that the movement Plataforma Rural has defined as crucial in terms of the evolution of the rural environment. The projects, produced in 2012, will be presented in Matadero Madrid, while at the same time launching an international Research Group, which has opened up a new phase in Campo Adentro.
