A programme aimed at infants and their adult guardians, designed to introduce small children to reading in various formats, linking it to emotions, playing and meeting other infants and families.

THREE ACES: ALBUM, APPS, ART
Saturdays 9 and 23 January; 6 and 20 February; 5 and 12 March 2016. Group 1 (1st year of nursery school) from 11.15am to 12.15pm. Group 2 (2nd and 3rd years of nursery school) from 12.15pm to 1.15pm.
A club that invites children to be part of a group where they can learn and have fun with reading and technology.

STRANGE CREATURES FACTORY
Friday 15 January from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
There are many ways to create characters, but when you’re creating unusual and outlandish creatures your best option is to take part in this factory.

ON SHEEP AND WOLVES
Friday 29 January 2016 at 5.30pm.
In addition to milk, wool and butter for the entire week, the likable sheep that star in this workshop are ready to offer us a flock of stories that will allow us to get to know them better.

SCREEN READERS: Workshop for families
Saturdays 16 and 30 January; 13 and 27 February; 12 March at 5pm.
The Leo+ (“IRead+”) circle of friends, i.e. the group of superheroes that leads the way on this adventure, continues to grow with each new edition of the programme. Join this supergroup of families and discover the secret formula in order to read+.

WASH, DRY AND TELL
Saturday 9 January and Saturday 20 February at 6.30pm.
We start out with a clothes line and then move into a narration that will have us singing and playing with books. Some ideas on how to read with the five senses will also be suggested.

METAMORPHOSIS: Workshop for families
Sunday 17 January and 28 February at 12 noon.
We reinterpret some historical paintings, breaking free from format and materials to re-envision them in volumetric versions or by replacing the paint with other materials.

Y Q+? (“What Else?”) (Club for Creative Reading in different formats
Group 1: Fridays 15 and 29 January; 12 and 26 February; 11 March; 8 and 22 April from 6.45pm to 7.45pm. Group 2: Saturdays 16 and 30 January; 13 and 27 February; 12 March; 9 and 23 April from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
Reading club whose main aim is to promote creativity through reading books and apps and through performance of supplementary manual activities.

FROM THE SPHERE TO THE PLANE
Saturday 23 January 2016 at 5pm or at 6.15pm. Saturday 12 March 2016 at 5pm or at 6.15pm.
Joseángel Murcia presents this workshop inspired by the exhibition The National Library of Portugal, which will give us an experience-based understanding of why it is so difficult to represent a sphere on a plane.

CLOUD IN PROGRESS: VOYAGES UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Taking their inspiration from the exhibition The National Library of Portugal, Chiquitectos invites us to imitate the great travellers of the 16th century who set sail to Africa and Asia from the Iberian Peninsula, but within the context of the 21st century.

For the occasion of the National Library of Portugal exhibition, young children will discover, share and experience – alongside their parents – the adventure of geographic discoveries and maritime expansion.

A course on literary creation and publishing in which we will work together to write a book of short stories, put it together, format it, design it and present it to the world, to readers in general and to your own readers in particular.
