CONVERSO
A film about a church organ, family, harmony and a difficult subject: faith. Pretty basic concepts from where the director tries to explain something as deep as elusive: The director's sisters convert to Catholicism all of a sudden, and the director tries to find out the mechanism behind that personal transformation. Dismantling the classic format of an interviews documentary (in Spanish 'converso' means both convert and to have a conversation), the director sits on a chair that turns into a confessionary for others and for himself asking questions in front of a mirror that belongs to the house. A film about family with a personal search and a big cinematographic question: If the Holy Spirit enters our house, could there be a film about Him?
