CUANTO GANAMOS, CUANTO PERDIMOS

(Javier Arcos & Javier Jarillo / 2013 / Spain   On the 1^st of September, 2012 the Real Decreto Ley (Law of Royal Decree) came into force, from the 16^th-20^th of April 2012, urgent measures were taken to ensure the sustainability of the Sistema Nacional de Salud (National Health System). With this new regulation, among other groups, all immigrants in an irregular administrative situation are left out, that works out to be between 150,000 and 500,000 people. The documentary reflects on this new legislation and analyses the situation through interviews with people in different areas related to the Right of healthcare and with testimonies given by those affected.
