DEAD SLOW AHEAD

A freighter is sailing across the ocean. Our attention is drawn to the hypnotic rhythm of the gears, which reveal the continuous movement of machinery devouring its workers: the last gestures of the old sailor trade, disappearing under the mechanic pace of the 21st century. It could be a ship that has gone adrift or the last example of an endangered species. We don’t know, but the engines are still running, relentlessly.
