Matadero Madrid presents the public exhibition of the results of El Ranchito. This is a Matadero Madrid - AECID residency programme with the participation of the artists Elii, Espada y Monleón, Essi Kausalainen, Mikko Kuorinki, Jaakko Pallasvuo, Kiko Pérez, María Salgado y Nestori Syrjälä. This exhibition is located in Nave 16, the same place where, through workshops and research, that the creators have been working in for the last six weeks.

El Ranchito is a residency program that encourages a dialogue between artists, architects, curators, thinkers and other creatives that is produced by Matadero Madrid and another prestigious international arts centre, in this case HIAP of Helsinki. Throughout 2014 there will also be two more residencies, the first with Panal 361 of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Pivô of Sao Paulo (Brazil).
