Nave 16 presents the result of the work carried out by the artists selected in El Ranchito Rusia, Matadero Madrid-AECID residency programme: Ignacio García Sánchez; Samuel Savage; Marta Jarabo; Julio Linares, Pavel Arsenev, Sasha Saltanova, Ivan Novikov and Aljona Shapovalova.
As part of the Spain–Russia cultural year, the country has been invited to enable the creators of the El Ranchito residency programme, promoted by Matadero Madrid and coproduced with AECID (Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation), to take part in the exchange programme. The artists will participate in a six-week residency programme in the El Ranchito work spaces at Nave 16, between 17 October and 25 November 2016.
