El Recicladero (The Recycler). Playing and recycling… is a project encompassing two days of games and activities for young and old alike, aimed at giving a second lease of life to everyday objects. The idea is to promote responsible consumption and sustainable development through a series of creative workshops and the gathering of toys and used clothing.
Over the two days of the event, the space will be divided into areas for swapping used toys. There will be an area for workshops, including sock puppets, balloon modelling, shirt painting, garlands, Three Kings' crowns, headbands made from t-shirts, scrunch bracelets, pompons, etc. There will also be an area set aside for babies and breastfeeding. Storytelling, puppets, animation, kamishibai (paper theatre).
