Lazlo Pearlman is a conceptual artist, a prestidigitator of clichés, an activist set on destroying our prejudice and revolutionizing our dogmas about sex and identity.  What at first appears to be an amusing reflection about the lies we tell in our sex lives unexpectedly becomes a caustic discourse about gender theory and the permanent construction of our identities.  Fake Orgasm will blow your mind and change the way you think about some concepts instilled in you at an early age.  We'll have to find new places to keep the rearranged notions, like that of our virility, our libido or our Barbie Superstar.
