IMAGERY AFFAIRS. A film series curated by Macu Morán and organized by VideoArtWorld for the A Look at Women Festivale, this showing displays the results of research work that seeks to determine the characteristics of the point of view of a woman behind the camera as a pertinent discursive line to follow and one that has not been thoroughly analised, covered or recognised. Among the numerous female filmmakers making up the film series' body of work, we can see screenings of films by Maya Deren, Yoko Ono, the collective Guerrilla Girls, Paloma Navares, Dora García, Orlan and Tracey Moffat.
