MAD Immersive Experience Centre will open its doors on 4 March 2022 with a production based on KLIMT'S works.
It’s a unique experience that allows viewers of all ages to immerse themselves in vibrant, turn-of-the-century Vienna for a first-hand look at the evolution of KLIMT'S work and of his world.
Immersive large-scale projections with 1,200 m2 of immersive digital reality screens, experiences based on virtual reality glasses, various exhibition spaces and interactive tools work together to make up this ambitious, spectacular cultural offering for all audiences that makes viewers feel like they're inside the paintings and buildings that KLIMT decorated.
Gustav KLIMT is one of the most renowned artists of all time. He was an exceptional painter who created some of the most famous and acclaimed works in the history of art. His unmistakeable aesthetic is a key element in any understanding of how painting shifted towards modernity, and has made him an important figure in fashion and aesthetics to this very day.
