LOS COLONOS DEL CAUDILLO

Somewhere in La Mancha in Spain, there is a town whose name pays tribute to its creator, the dictator Francisco Franco: Los Llanos del Caudillo. The film paints a portrait of this little town as, with the help of mostly unpublished archive material and the voice of the actor Juan Diego Botto, it reviews historic events from the time Franco came into power up to modern times.
