Vanessa Losada y François Winberg, the creators of Menudavida, explain their work as food designers and, through this, the application of the "huella crítica" (critical footprint or ecological footprint) formula they expound- an exportable vision that can be applied to the work models, businesses, institutions and products related to design, creation and communication who wish to practice an ecological and transdisciplinary attitude in their decision-making. From a holistic standpoint considering and working to combat global environmental changes, this model seeks to implement alternatives to current urban development models, fight food sovereignty and maintain environmental equilibrium.
