LOVE MONDAYS
Tax liabilities and other heartaches of entrepreneurship
Date
26 February 2014
Venue

Institution

Do you feel faint every time you review liabilities and responsibilities for the self-employed and small and medium-sized businesses? Do you cry as you prepare the paperwork for your annual tax return because you know that the master is going to scold you? Did you use to dream about changing the world and now you only want to have enough money to pay an accountant to do your accounts for you?
No more panic attacks, my friends. On Love Mondays in February, Joaquín Puerta (http://www.joaquinpuerta.com), Finance Manager for Taimar (http://www.taimar.com), is going to speak clearly and slowly. Because our creative minds are in another galaxy but we've decided to work for ourselves so we have to be responsible and get our acts together.
We'll begin at the beginning with the difference between the different types of workers and entrepreneurs and the accountancy, tax, labour and trading liabilities and responsibilities for each of them.
Then, we will look at how to start a company, incorporate workers, manage investors, etc.
Then, as always, we'll have our Ambar beer moment and networking zone. Plus: entertaining reading by Yorokobu.
This will be at 7.30pm on Wednesday 26 February - because Love Mondays represents the spirit of Mondays and can fall on any day of the week - at The Design Centre / DIMAD/ Matadero Madrid.
