How to find funding and not die trying
You try to fall asleep amidst thoughts about debits and assets, but it's all in vain. You're troubled by an unpleasant wakefulness because there are too many people in your bed: you, your lover, your financial planning. Things don't add up, one nightmare follows another, and insomnia has blinded you to everything else. You're in the grips of panic and catch a wink. In other words, you're starting to look rundown.
April 17's Love Mondays is devoted to funding and finding a way to turn a defect into a virtue.
There will be a roundtable discussion on several financial trends: impact investment, crowdfunding, sponsorship, bootstrapping, collective funding. We will be visited by professionals representing new methods in business who will aid us in analyzing new business models vs funding, how social banks work, business angels, social risk capital, philanthropic risk, European funds, social bonds.
We will deal with these and a few surprises, and, of course, the million dollar question: Is self-funding possible?
If you'd like to look for solutions with us, we'll be expecting you April 17 -because Love Mondays is that Monday spirit that can fall on any day of the week- at 7pm at La Central de diseño / DIMAD / Matadero Madrid.
There will be beer, courtesy of Ambar, because if we're going to talk about money, we're going to have to raise our spirits.
