This documentary follows the process of pregnancy as experienced by five women from different regions of the Spanish state, from different social circles and of different backgrounds, with the aim of creating self-portraits featuring the different physical and emotional changes, the day-to-day, and the extraordinary things that a pregnant woman experiences. This film is, above all, a vindication of the distinctive nature of motherhood, upholding that each new mother is a unique and different life project.
