Twenty years have passed since the Peace Agreements were signed after the war in El Salvador (1980-1992), a conflict that pitted the army against the FMLN guerrilla.  The armed forces effectuated operations in the war in El Salvador that had devastating consequences for the civil population, with thousands of deaths and missing persons.  In the middle of a war in El Salvador, the metal stork determines the fate of three children.  Ricardo was taken in by a military family.  Ana Lilian was lost for years after surviving the massacre of her whole family.  And Blanca was adopted in Spain.
