MIGUEL NOGUERA

It has been six years since Miguel Noguera began performing ULTRASHOW, a comedy show whose only resemblance to the traditional stand-up comic is its mise-en-scène.  In Ultrashow, Noguera bursts onto the stage carrying a piece of paper where he's written down some ideas- thirty, to be exact- that he's going to tell you, one by one.  These ideas have no particular narrative link joining them together.  They are explained improv-style, unrehearsed and without any kind of script.

In addition to ULTRASHOW, Miguel Noguera also records his ideas in written form, accompanied by illustrations. Thus Ultraviolencia (Blackie Books) was born, giving us more than 300 ideas in book format and establishing Noguera as a true phenomenon of New Spanish humor.
