Exhibition of over two thousand figurines from outstanding cribs coming from all five continents.
Noche de Paz (Quiet Night), is an international exhibition of cribs at Casa del Lector in its Auditorium, from December 5, 2018 to January 5, 2019. It is an exceptional oportunity to see many of the pieces and outstanding sets from what is considered the best collection of its kind in the world: Basanta-Martin collection.
  The exhibition is composed of over two thousand figurines, gathered around over a hundred and fifty sets. Visitors can admire outstanding cribs from all five continents, many of which belong to sculptors, artisans and active workshops. They prove that cribs are present and popular around the world.
There is a variety of styles, using all kinds of materials, the presence of diverse schools, a sample of multiple local cultures showing the singularities of the works, making Noche de Paz an extraordinary exhibition, full of beauty, inspiration and varied versions of cribs of unforeseen artistic value.

Closed: December 24, 25, 31 of 2018 and January 1, 2019
  Opening Times: Monday to Friday from 11 am to 3 pm and from 5 to 9 pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 9 pm. (Last call half an hour before closing time)

Tickets: 5€
Reduced fare: 4€ Over 65 and numerous families / 2€ School groups, each student.  Free Admission: under 10, unemployed and disabled visitors
All profits gathered by Noche de PAZ will be donated to the project Bibliotecas Rurales de Cajamarca, Rural Libraries of Cajamarca (Perú).
