Open House Day June 2026

The upcoming Open House Day at the Center for Artistic Residencies will feature the six artists from the visual arts residencies: Antonio Fernández Alvira, Patricia Fernández Carcedo, Julia Llerena, Elisa Pardo Puch, Elena Rocabert, and Simón Sepúlveda. Also presenting their work will be Sol Mussa and Sara Piñeiro, residents of the Novos Valores program—a collaboration between the Provincial Council of Pontevedra (Diputación de Pontevedra), the Nicole & Walter Leblanc Foundation in Brussels, and Matadero Madrid—as well as Oumaima Manchit Laroussi and Lucía Dorta Abad, in the framework of the residencies in collaboration with TEA Tenerife Espacio de Artes.

Accompanying all these artists, both during these days and throughout their stay at the CRA, are curator and art critic Bea Espejo and artist Antonio Ballester Moreno.

Additionally, visitors will be able to learn about the projects of Maite Gallardo Alba, resident in music production, and Costa Badía, resident in Art and Education. Furthermore, projects from Debajo del Sombrero (the assisted studio for artists) and the Association of Cultural Mediators of Madrid (AMECUM) will share their work with the public, alongside the Investigación situada (Situated Research) residents from Medialab Matadero—Andrea Muniáin and Paula Ramos Mollá, Calin Segal and Álvaro Soto López—who will present their work accompanied by the program’s curator, Bani Brusadin.

An intimate concert by MaiteQuiero (Maite Gallardo Alba), with which she returns to her origins.
