Patterns & Mobiles is a creative workshop given by the Moroccan architect and designer Amina Agueznay. The aim of this activity it to gather 30 Spanish artists and designers and provide them with the opportunity to discover the patterns and symbols of Moroccan art.  Plus, several artists will work together, sharing ideas and working on projects.
Amina Agueznay unveils Arabic architectural elements and symbols used in weaving Moroccan rugs to artists from all over the world. Her course is nuanced by experience and her modern architectural standpoint.
Participants will individually build a mobile 3D installation. Each individual piece will then be integrated with the rest to form a collective monumental installation, ready to be viewed by hundreds of visitors. Click here to view the results of previous workshops.

On the final day of the workshop, the 30 remaining mobile pieces will be showcased in a private viewing attended by Spanish and Moroccan journalists, artists and business people with aim of continuing to encourage relations between Spain and Morocco.
