'PLAYGROUND', BY INITI

INITI Playground is an interactive gaming system that transforms any wall into a large-format multi-touch surface. Designed to encourage group play, physical interaction and movement, it allows multiple people to take part simultaneously in playful experiences without the need for additional devices.

The project has been developed by the Czech studio initi.org, which specialises in interactive audiovisual installations and has over a decade of experience. Their work focuses on creating immersive environments that combine play, design and technological experimentation, with applications in both education and entertainment.

INITI has presented its developments at international events such as SIGGRAPH (Los Angeles) and Expo 2020 in Dubai, as part of ongoing research into new forms of interaction between bodies, space and digital systems.
