In Cantina, a refurbished avant-garde space, you can enjoy the cuisine offered by Olivia te Cuida, a peculiar culinary project aimed at all those who like to eat homemade, healthy, organic and with a gourmet touch. Its cosy atmosphere has an added attraction, its patio, a perfect place to cool off in the summer months.
The Café Naves, located in the smallest of the three buildings that make up the Naves del Español in Matadero and recently redesigned by British creators Morag Myerscough & Luke Morgan and architect Paula López Barba, offers artisanal and organic menus by La francachela. Its large terrace in Plaza Matadero offers an outdoor alternative in an incomparable setting.
