* Dogs may walk in the open-air areas of Matadero Madrid on a leash or muzzle in accordance with current regulations. Pets are not allowed in indoor activities except for guide dogs or assistance dogs, or in those other activities whose access prohibition is duly announced and informed.

Cantina Matadero

Located in Cineteca Madrid. There, you can enjoy the cooking offered by “Olivia te Cuida”, a distinctive culinary project directed to all of those who appreciate home-made, healthy, organic and well-prepared food. La Cantina is a welcoming space which also offers a patio and is a great spot to enjoy outdoor cinema when there is good weather.

Café Naves

In addition to serving as a foyer and venue for theatrical activities and musicals, it is a perfect place to get one’s strength back whilst visiting Matadero. Located in the smallest of the three Naves that are the Naves del Español (Nave 12), it was designed by Morag Myerscough & Luke Morgan and Paula López Barba.

The visit will be a journey from the construction of the building as a Municipal Slaughterhouse to its current use as a Center for Contemporary Creation.
