With Ovni Archive (UFO Archive) installation, Rosell Meseguer opens exhibition Archivo-Archivante that approaches the file and its ways of inhabiting it.During the months of October, November and December four artists proposals will be incorporated in relation to the poetic use of files.

Ovni Archive develops a metaphorical dialogue about spying on two stages: an earlier time that intersects with the memory of espionage during the Cold War and our present. The project is part of a body of work on which the artists research sites of military fortifications and bunkers as places of refuge or defense, special forms of military power that lead to the sophisticated world of espionage, its inventions, revolutions and conflicts.

The term Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) is used here as a metaphor of the failure of declassify or understand public documents that belong to nation security-privacy. The project shows documents, photographs of peculiar objects and other files of espionage world, considering the impossibility of making them readable, since they conceal an essential part of the information.
