During the entire month of July the GAMESTAR(T) summer camp will be held at Intermediae-Matadero organized by ARSGAMES.
This camp is for girls and boys between eight and 16 years old who are interested in technology, video games, art and to want to spend the month experimenting with video consoles and computers and playing video games.
We encourage you to join Club GAMESTAR(T) and spend a summer full of adventures! The GAMESTAR(T) summer camp is a meeting point for neighbourhood girls and boys from age 8 to 16 where they can begin to get familiar with technology, video games, computers, etc. in the context where learning and play overlap and games become the way we learn.
Two tutors will provide them with the materials, stimuli and motivation needed to develop their abilities without fear, without criticism and with total freedom. At the GAMESTAR(T) summer camp every event will be an opportunity for learning: a broken video console can become a CPU with the right tools, an old abandoned drawing can turn into a videogame if we learn how to use Scratch or a Zelda mission can become an interesting debate.
