RIZOMA is an international festival that combines cinema, art and music in a commitment to the community. For its sixth edition Roku, number 6 in Japanese, the programme focuses on Truth and Beauty, and it investigates in subjects such as gender and sexuality. The programme will include renowned multi-disciplinary artist Laurie Anderson and will conclude with four days of screenings at Cineteca Madrid including special premieres, installations, talks and concerts.
  From November 14, Archivo de Cineteca will house an exhibition of photographs by Mara Catalán A Place I Once Called Home, shot in the NY neighborhood of Williamsburg in the 90s before its gentrification.
