WORKSHOP - YOUR OWN TRADITION

“From the action of ‘telling’ an experience linked to tradition or to the notion of ritual, we will construct a series of solos and group moments. We will deconstruct and reconstruct these moments searching for something more in them, as if we wanted to create a new tradition, one that belongs to us and that answers today’s needs. To do this, I ask that the participants bring an object linked to their own experience of tradition or rituals, or even something not related to tradition, but that represents ‘their own tradition’.
This reconstruction will translate into body, into action.
  That’s why I’m calling out to artists, migrant communities, LGBT groups in Madrid whether they practice any art or not, and all types of people who might find this topic interesting”, Marta Izquierdo.
