Vacas Venéreas - 'Cabaret de las Terneras'
This trio of performers consists of Brazilian artist Natasha Padilha, Mexico’s Emmanuel Pacheco and Basque artist Dani Lozano. Vacas Venéreas will present ‘Cabaret de las Terneras’ at La Plaza, a concert performance that makes use of the language of cabaret, based on an eclectic and mashed-up contemporary perspective.
ARIES Irresistible melodies and electronic landscapes created by a student of pop harmony. The singer-songwriter and instrumentalist formerly with Electrobikinis and Charades, Isa has been delighting audiences for years as Aries, and has released three albums under the name. The latest of these is Adieu or die, co-released with La Castanya and the legendary record label Olympia K Records. It will be a treat to see her live, filling the square with her enchanting magic.
tacoderaya dj set tacoderaya is made up of Alberto Jonás Murias and Paula Pérez-Rodríguez (paula, javiera, kendall). It is a voice and sound selection collective as well as a blog & a way of assigning names to what they do 2gether. They met on the outskirts of Madrid and Mexico City in 2012. They describe their set as a “tribute 2 all those who fumble their way 4ward through music: half gang, half tradition, half third-eye. Each side of the Atlantic destroys itself in its own way”.
