WINTER IN LA PLAZA

This November, Winter in La Plaza, supported by Mahou Cinco Estrellas, becomes a playful space of interactive creativity for two days where open air live concerts will accompany Madrid Productores fair.    La plaza plays is a proposal by Giradiscos for this year´s edition of Winter in la Plaza. The programme includes gigs by Tonto Malembe, Aries, Gala Drop, Javier Díez Ena, Sara Fontán and Avalovara Selectors (a_mal_gam_a), a workshop by Yuri Landman to hand make instruments and a workshop by  Rhys Chatham who will share the keys to minimalism. Both workshops conclude with a concert at La Plaza.
Giradiscos is a support team for musical creation born in 2006 as an independent record label. It later turned into first, the most daring gig promoter in Madrid and then into a specialized booking agency with innovative proposals.
